FALL PROJECTS, Start Date: June 14th , 2021

The #CMProjects are the unique opportunity for NYC-based athletes to work with professional coaches to train specifically for the marathon distance within a stimulating environment of athletes chasing the same goal! It is formed of sub-groups with leaders and chasers all driven to perform at their best! The season begins June 14th and runs for five months.

  • Day to day personalized training to your Fall Marathon
  • Two weekly group training sessions
  • Strength Training Program 
  • Bi-weekly workshops and additional resources
  • Events, gear, and many other perks included!

Project Cost: $450 all inclusive ($90/month).

Athletes aiming at breaking the 2:50-hr mark in the marathon or 1hr20 in the half-marathon and anyone with faster and more ambitious goals for the season!

Wednesday, 6:30PM, East River Park Track
Sunday, 8:15AM, Central Park

Athletes targeting a season goal of 3hr05-2hr55 in the marathon or breaking the 1hr25 mark in the half-marathon.

★6:52★ is the magic number. Average this pace in the marathon and you have just gotten yourself your first sub-3hr marathon! Train with us and we’ll get your there.

Athletes targeting a season goal of 3hr20-3hr10 in the marathon or breaking the 1hr30 mark in the half-marathon.

Athletes targeting a season goal of 3hr35-3hr25 in the marathon or breaking the 1hr40 mark in the half-marathon.

Athletes targeting a season goal of 4hr05-3hr50 in the marathon or breaking the 1hr55 mark in the half-marathon.

Train within the #CMSub4 crew, benefit from our targeted training with track sessions and long runs specific to breaking the 4-hr mark, and reach your goals and beyond!

Athletes targeting a season goal of completing a marathon (>4hr10) or breaking the 2-hr mark in the half-marathon as well as all beginner athletes eager to learn about the sport within a motivating environment.

WHO QUALIFIES? Anyone who is highly motivated to chase the goal! We expect hard work and consistency, and will do our share to ensure you are enjoying every step of the journey.

The best of NYC’s coaching! Benefit from our experienced coaching, learn from our methods and take advantage of our extensive resources. Everything within the training cycle is catered to each athlete individually and design to make you improve.

Training sessions, both track workouts and long runs, are specifically targeted to your goals, strength training is broken down into phases in alignment with the running, mileage is individual and planned based on your previous experiences, recovery needs to be proactive and is a key component being emphasized, and virtual workshops are planned to tackle the right topics at the right time.
