INDIVIDUALIZED IN-PERSON GROUP COACHING FEES

Our hands-on coaching consists of two weekly training sessions (a weekday track session and weekend long run) in addition a fully personalized day-to-day training program. We also provide basic strength and conditioning for injury prevention, nutritional advisement for long term success, and race course analysis for race execution.
