The most complete training session package, completely catered to you with extensive features all designed to guide you to train to your full potential!

Available for adults and youths, from one athlete up to a maximum group of four athletes.
For larger groups, team coaching, or corporate fitness, please contact us.

  • Pre-training assessment call with the coaches
  • Private training session catered to you based on your current fitness level and geared towards your goals.
  • RAMP* Warm-up Routine to efficiently prepare your body for running (*Raise, Activate, Mobilize, Potentiate).
  • All equipment including but not limited to: ladders, hurdles, stability pods, bands, running parachute, jump rope, cones, and timing tools, is provided by the coaches and put at the disposal of the athlete during the course of the session.
  • Cool down plan including stretching and rolling to promote recovery.
  • 15-min Normatec Pro Recovery Session (One Adult-only)
