Athlete terminating the program early can claim a (1) coaching credit or (2) refund of the followed amount: (1) Credit = Program Cost – $90 x Number of months competed in the program (2) Refund = Program Cost – $50 (non refundable fee) – $90 x Number of months competed in the program
We reserve the right to terminate an athlete-coach relationship before the end of the coaching commitment and to refund the athlete up to 50% of the remaining training fee if an athlete is – consistently not performing the recommended training, – demonstrating any harmful, threatening, abusive, or similarly inappropriate behavior.
