Static Online Training


  • The Static Online Training Plan is designed based on an initial evaluation and tailored to your lifestyle. Its length can be up to 4 months and includes guidance towards any other race or event used as a build-up towards your goal race.
  • An In-Person Assessment is available for individuals in the NYC area. It includes a basic running mechanics and gait video analysis, demonstrations of initial warm-ups and drills prior to high-intensity sessions, and static stretches culminating workouts.
