PERSONALIZED STATIC TRAINING PLAN
The static online training plan is a customized day-to-day plan designed around your schedule and lifestyle, geared towards your goals, and taking into consideration your current fitness level and experience. Its length can be up to 4 months and includes guidance towards any other race or event used as a build-up towards your goal race.
PERSONALIZED STATIC PLAN (PLUS):
- Strength-Training Program (4 sessions/week)
Choose from an at-home or gym program in addition to your running program, which will keep your healthy and elevate your performances!
- An In-Person Assessment is available for individuals in the NYC area. It includes demonstrations of initial warm-ups and drills prior to high-intensity sessions, static stretches culminating workouts, as well as a detailed fitness assessment and recovery session. This option is only available in addition to the Static Plan Plus.
