The #FasterTogether season is a unique opportunity for NYC-based athletes to work with professional coaches to train specifically for their race distance within a stimulating environment of athletes chasing the same goal. It is formed of various pace groups with most athletes running between 2hr45 and 3hr55 in the marathon.
- Day to day training plan to your goal Spring race
- Two weekly group training sessions
- Strength training program
- One-on-one check-ins
- Professional referrals (sports dietitian, physical therapist, strength coach)
All-inclusive program cost: $495.
The #FasterTogether season is an all-inclusive program designed to help driven athletes achieve their athletic goals in long-distance running.
100 athletes are accepted into the program forming various pace groups meeting with the coaches twice a week. Most athletes run between 1hr18 and 1hr50 in the half-marathon and between 2hr45 and 3hr55 in the marathon.
The Winter/Spring program runs from December to April and is divided into training phases, starting with base-building and speed development and becoming more and more specific to your goals as the weeks/months go by.
Four-week online training plan preceding the season to help you get a head start on the upcoming cycle or transition between training blocks. This is recommended for athletes who are new to the program as it will promote a more gradual build-up to the training and help you get accustomed to our language and training methods. $30 add-on.
- Wednesday evenings at McCarren Park Track from 6 PM and,
- Sunday mornings in Central Park (Columbus Circle) from 8 AM.
