If you live in the NYC area, benefit from our hands-on training in addition the day-to-day training program as well as many additional resources to take your running to the next level.
PERSONALIZED ONLINE COACHING
Day-to-day online coaching and personalized training all the way to your goal race. We provide basic strength and conditioning for injury prevention, nutritional advisement for long term success, race course analysis for race execution, as well as additional resources.
We are available for unlimited check-ins through the week.
PERSONALIZED STATIC TRAINING PLAN
The static online training plan is a customized day-to-day plan designed around your schedule and lifestyle, geared towards your goals, and taking into consideration your current fitness level and experience. Its length can be up to 4 months and includes guidance towards any other race or event used as a build-up towards your goal race.
