STEP 2: Payment
Choose between a one-time lump sum payment or five installments (equal payments charged once a month for five months from the date of registration). Lump Sum payments can also be made via Venmo @CoachMedinaNYC or Zelle CoachMedinaNYC@gmail.com.
Optional Add-On: Pre-season is a four-week online training plan preceding the season to help you get a head start on the upcoming cycle or transition between training blocks. This is recommended for athletes who are new to the program as it will promote a more gradual build-up to the training and help you get accustomed to our language and training methods.
