Project Information

In-Person Sessions

  1. Wednesday Track
    Location
    : East River Park Track
    Timing: 6:00PM (#CMSub330, #CMSub3ChasePack), 6:20PM (#CMSub4, #CMChasers), 6:40PM (#CMSub3, #CMLeaders).
    Logistics: •Meet us at East River Park Track to drop off your bag with us and promptly begin your warm-up jog. The facility has bathrooms which are expected to be open. •Following the warm-up jog, Coach Medina will guide you through the drills. We will then go through the workout and answer any question you might have, then we’re on for the workset! •Bring water/hydration as needed, and a change of clothes to go home comfortably. Sessions are held rain or shine. In the event of unsafe conditions leading to cancellation, you will be made aware via email.
  2. Sunday Long Session
    Location: Central Park (Greyshot Arch & Main Drive)
    Timing: 7:00AM (#CMSub4, #CMChasers), 7:20PM (#CMSub3, #CMLeaders), 7:40PM (#CMSub330, #CMSub3ChasePack).
    Logistics: •Meet us in Central Park (Greyshot Arch & Main Drive) to drop off your bag with us. Bathrooms are available (Merchant’s Gate Comfort Station), and are expected to be open. •Coaches will lead the drills, then go through the workout and answer any question you might have, then we’re on for the session! •Bring water/hydration as needed, and a change of clothes to go home comfortably. Sessions are held rain or shine. In the event of unsafe conditions leading to cancellation, you will be made aware via email.
